IH 250 hydraulic ports?

Hi all found a good deal on a loader for my tractor but it has no remotes.It is a 250A pay tractor 65 hp hydro, does anyone who has one know if there is a place to tap into the tractors hydro.It also has hydro steering no ext pump Thanks for any thoughts Jason
