That looks to be a Behlen actuator motor. My I.T. manual, for the 400, has some info on the disassembling of this unit. I replaced the shaft seals on both ends. Got them at IH dealer. When you take it apart, make absolutely sure that you mark the gears. They have to go back together exactly the way they came out.
