Basket case tractor on EBay

RustyFarmall, I live 9 milles from this tracror in question. Went and looked at it today, parts missing, like the block, head, hood, gas tank, nose piece. Now It has powersteering, belly pump, two real good rear rims, no tires at all. the searl plate is damaged, but to best of my looking the no is FB? 2084X1. Th markings on the transmission case are 8002 DD 23( which is up side down could 32) CWC 12-30-46 Could any body tell me what it Is? H Or M?. It has been primed and cleaned steering past is rotten need replaced. Also has oil pan, radiater govner control housing complete, with steering pump mounted.
