I dont know where you live but both sound a little pricey to me. If it was me and you did not want to pull it or anything I would go with the 300, Not enough power for weight to pull them really. Does it have a factory WF? I would offer them 2200 or 2300 cash for it maybe. But the H is off base for what you describing around my area more like $700. low to $1100. high.
