It depends on what's been done to it. That picture is kind of dark, but it looks like a pretty clean tractor. If the engine has just had a full out of frame overhaul and it's got a new hydro, then yes, it probably is worth that kind of money, but I doubt it'll sell for that price. No, it is not rare, and no, it is not good for heavy tillage. It would be perfect for a pull-type forage harvester, round baler, ect. Hold out for a gear drive 826, a perfect one can be had for less than $10,000.
