Blowing a fuse usually means a short circut somewhere. You say that the left light is missing, where is it's wire? Make sure it is insulated and not grounded. Look and feel along the entire wiring harness. You may find a spot where it is pinched or rubbed through. Check extra close where the wires go through a hanger. It's a 50 year-old tractor. The insulation may be cracked. May be time for a whole new wiring harness.
