Farmall M valves

I have an M head that has the head # ground off, I was told that this was a reman head but I wanna know if the head is worth putting a little $$$ into for a pulling head, since an 8060 is pretty expensive to buy. The head has a W casting date, I pulled a valve out tonight and it has-
IH 57699-D [T] SIL XCR. Can anyone give me some help as to what kinda head this is. Oh yeah I'm gonna try to get a length of the valve soon. Thanks guys
