The price sounds like an amount that an 'estate auction' business would place on an item. What most turns me off, is the red(?) paint sprayed all over the sidewalls of the tires. I don't care how worn the tires may be, part of building confidence in quality of a tractor is a 'neat' paint job. I'd say the $3.50 shipping, is an item that the seller forgot to change when he/she was listing all of the glassware on e-bay. Quite often, sellers will do a 'cut and paste' on multiple listings, and $3.50 would be about right for glassware. Ebay does provide the opportunity to "ask the seller questions". That would be good idea.
