I think I know what it is... I think its a Farmall 100 Hi-Clear or possibly a Farmall 130 Hi-Clear(since its been repainted). Why? Well, if you look at the hood, it's smooth on the sides, like a 100/130 - whereas an A has the curves stamped into the metal. Also, the hood ornament is correct for a 100/130/200/230, and the grill is correct, too. (I could use that grille on my 100.) Over three years, Harvester made 1057 100 Hi-Clears. If it is a 100 Hi-Clear, it looks to be a fairly rare bird, and is certainly not a 1947 model. I've never seen a 100 Hi-Clear before. Dunno if its worth $2500, either. The serial number would clear up the questions.... Did the '47 As have hydraulics?? This machine does. It has the lift link on the left-hand side. I could be wrong on all of this, too. But other than the Hi-Clear, it looks like my 100. If I'm wrong on this, please correct me! What do you all think??
