706 specs transmission

Hi, Just bought first tractor. 1964 Farmall 706 gas. Still looking for operators manual and had a few questions. What is best engine oil and hydraulic oil to use? Won"t be heavy use on the tractor. Also, saw a lot of discussion on the hard shifting transmissions. Mine is difficult in and out of reverse/low. Only adjustment I made was the main linkage and took out some of the free-pedal. What is the proper procedure to adjust clutch, clutch brake and dump valve??? Thanks...
