Farmall 544 (Gas)

My dad pasted away 12 years ago and we still have his 544. Had it painted/restored this spring. New spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, condenser and points. Basically a tune up.
We use it to mow (Woods rotary mower)the farm. The problem is you run it for a short period of time and it will just quit. Push the clutch in and it will run. It's like almost like it's not getting enough gas. Any suggestions on what the problem may be? Vapor lock?
