I changed the rear axle seal on my 340 Utility for the same reason. I was able to obtain a replacement seal from my local NAPA dealer. Worst part of the job was wrestling off/on the tire. Remove the hub (3/4 bolt I believe) then the carrier flange (4 bolts). Be careful reinstalling the new seal - because it is large it is easy to deform. I made my own replacement gasket for the carrier flange. It hasn"t dripped oil since.
