if it were me, I would put a normal switch in a hidden location that had one side on the ground wire and the other to a ground. No matter what position the normal switch was in it would still be grounded. Garden tractors used a keyed grounding switch(off closed/on open) so I would use one of them and hide it under the hood somewhere.
