Don't know if I'm on the right track but there was an International 15/30 (cosmetically similar to McCormick 10/20) produced under license by the Soviets. They made something like 250000 of them and I think they were largely painted green. There is a little bit about them in the August 06 Tractor & Machinery magazine. Hope this helps, Tractorsam.
