Found it in a scrap yard that was being cleaned out to china. It was in better shape than the pictures show. All the sheet metal was there and straight(except gas tank...thanks Howard), the engine was remarkably not stuck, tranny and rear end gears were good. Just couldn't let her go to the torch...plus it was free(at least to start out with)
