Howard (the Nebraska Cowman) posted on this site the link to the University of Nebraska. The site has a lot of farm related topics there. One of them, is how to make yogurt. Being interested, I scrubbed the grease and grime off my hands and set out to see if I could do it. I bought the starter, milk, and powdered milk etc and followed the directions. I added sugar and blueberries. and put it into a cooler with a light bulb and maintained at 110 degrees until it turned into yogurt...then cooled it overnight...with a little honey on the top of this stuff...it is the best yogurt I have ever eaten.
