That's a tough one magman. usually i try to calm down and go with my gut feeling. sometimes it is not the right choice but i live with it. i understand you wanting to be treated fairly as you would treat someone else. But there are some people out there that just don't understand this due to different standards of life. I might just send one more e-mail explaining how the merchandice was received and do not feel the shipping cost were accurate and poor packaging coused damage. or if the covers were broke before than it should of been in the description. They received money for undamaged goods. i always ask for insurance even if it isn't offered.usually they will tell you how much extra in an e-mail. I usually respond to how the transaction went reguardless how it went for them. I try to keep it short and honest and not mean spirited. I can't tell you what to do, but just think about how you write the feedback. good luck and i'm sure someone will have a better suggestion. yes they should of done a better job of packaging it and offered shipping for multiple purchase. but it may of looked good to them. Like i said before some people lack common sense and responsibility.
