Since you have a puter must be electricity there. Spend 250 dollars of that tractor money and install a window 5000 A/C You won't believe what those little fellas can do.
Or even better, do what I did and install an Amana "motel unit. It's 220 volt and gives you A/c OR heat! For that you need to install through the wall to the outside. Although I don't see any reason you couldn't vent to shop which would work very well in the winter.
