WELL I DID MY BEST, I think kellys post was right on. I tryed everything to be nice to them emailed about 8 times. I was told send them back and they would pay me the money by check. I said I would need the shipping also. They said send them back and it would be worth it to be rid of me to pay the shipping back and they would send me a check. I said I paid by money order and I would like the return payment to be sent to me ion money order and when I rec it I would send the mags back. They said NO WAY they were done with me do what I wanted to do. I emailed back and said I gave you the benifit of the doubt and sent the money, And I do not feel I was treated right with you keeping my extra shipping for the second mag and the mags came damaged becuase they were not packaged properly. And it was time for them to give me the benifit of the doubt and send a money order and I would return the mags. Never heard anything back so I filed a complaint with ebay. They gave me a spot about 100 letters I got about half way through with my complaint and could not go further and had to send so they send that to the seller and they respond item was bought as is and 12.00 ship. That was it. So I canceled the claim. Then I emailed one more time and saidI am sorry this is hurting you more than me and I would like to give you one more chance send me my $12.00 and be done otherwise rec neg feed back on there 70 100% account. Nothing back so far.
I truly think they were going to keep the mags and send me nothing or a bad check or cancel the check. Just like kelly said. If anyone wants to buy from me you can see you will always get treated right and with the benifit of the doubt. Now in a few days I am going to file a complaint on the second item, then leave one - feed back and wait a week or two and leave a second - feed back for the other.
BTW they canceled the 3rd mag and my bid so I did not have to do it my self. And they say they no nothing about this kind of item and take a far away pic well they new both mags were LH trip that I would not have bought if I would have known. But the best thing is they were D for the MDs and I know I can sell them or if they would have listed them that way they would have gotten more. The thing I cant understand is I was the only bidder on all three auctions and it was a low bid, Everyone else must have known something I guess.

I'm running 100 yards of 4" drain pipe from the gutter downspouts of our house to a pond down the hill. This should hel ... [Read Article]
