Midnight The right way is pressure test and to do that you beed special fitting to kock up gage. To adjust pressure the valve stem out the top of the PTO needs to screw up into the square nut at top of stem. Move the handle that operates the PTO so you can see what moves at left top and you will see the stem move in and out of the PTO. Screw the stem up into the nut and see if it helps if not you will need new clutch. But you realy need gage.
