141 Combine Engine in 460 Tractor

Just helped a friend cut up a 141 combine for scrap. We have the engine, which is in good shape, still leftover. Saw an ad the other day for a 460 with a bad engine. By the time I called the guy, he had embarked on a 500 mile trip to pick up a 141 combine engine for the tractor. Turns out the guy lives 6 miles from me! Will the 141 combine engine really fit in a 460 tractor? Would that engine fit in anything else besides a 460 (if it does that)? Wonder about in a 706? What would be a fair price for the engine?
