Please help identify this hitch

I am pretty sure this is a two to three point conversion hitch but I can"t find one jus tlike it on line. Hopefully it is worth the $10 I paid for it.
Now I just need to find a PTO and two point hitch for my 300U and I will be in great shape.
I appreciate yor input.
