I think the key here is that you said that " you rebuilt the carb". OK, it's not rocket science but it is exacting. Did you use the 80 dollar kit from IH or the 26 dollar kit from TSC?
I will personally put my online reputation on the line here, and say that if you send that carb to "RustyFarmall" for a PRO rebuild. your problems will be over!
And NO he is not a relative or business associate. Just don't use "Denny's Carbs"
