Where are you timing it? If youre having to take the two bolts out for the adjustment there then id say that key on that shaft is sheared off.If not there then where? Only other place it could get out of time is either the cam,or the gears on the mag.Are yo choking it any? My 14 doesnt like the choke but maybe once if I let it sit for more than two or three weeks.
