Well the spec's are in the service manual or a real good machine shop should have the spec's . Also while eating what was left over from Fridays supper i got to thinking also check the placement of the ring groves on the new piston as to make sure that the top ring is not cut tolow as this also affects compression ratio and are you sure that the injection pump is in time as i had this convershion with a friend on a 1066 for three or four days before i went over to his friends only to find out that he installed the pump 180 out . Since i can not see for myself we are both pullen at straws here.
