Hmmm....When you are timing it,you do realize that the shaft turns opposite the way the rotor turns? I have been through this myself and cant for the life of me remember what I was doing wrong.I am wanting to say I did not realize the shaft turns the opposite way or something. If the thing is just simply getting out of time, and the key is not sheared,then it would alomost have to be the gear in the front cover or the teeth in the mag.
