IMHO, the IT manuals leave a LOT to be desired. They try to get as MANY tractors in one book (I kind of think that their criteria for lumping different tractors in one book is something like "these were all painted red . . .") The specs and settings are fairly detailed and quite comprehensive, but when they try to explain how to assemble, or rebuild a component, they will describe a particular model, and say something like "others are similar . . ." yeah, like they were painted the same color . . .
The IH manuals are much more specific.
