Allen. Thanks. OK, now forward of this plate there is a casting that holds the plate on and provides two circular supporting holes for the steering shaft and the throttle shaft. But it doesn't look feasible to use that casting unless you cut off the portion that supports the steering shaft. Is the entire steering shaft then supported only by that plate and the char-lynn divider?
