Hi Sid, 464's weren't very common as you could buy a 574 for a few hundred $$ more with the D239 engine and crank the pump up to close to 70 HP where as the 464 had the D206 engine could go up to about 55 HP. The rear ends are same as 454,574,674,484,584,684,784,495,595,695, The D206 can be found in the 624 and the 584. No idea about price, saw one advertised in US for $4200 no loader. JB2
