Well Bill In Feb I bought a propane M at a sale. That had the back left wheel locked up. That was caused by the band rusting fast. Just take the cover off the brake and pop it loose. Also to switch it back to gas it's no big deal. Just put all the right parts on it like the gas tank and carb. On mine it has water lines running into the rgulator or something that I had to plug. It should have a High Compression head which is great. Mine looked like brand new inside Have fun with it
