You know, you are the second person to say that. I did not cut anything. They were bolted on in 2 pieces...was a nice fit. Perhaps...they are F-30 cleats????????? I don't know. All I know is, they were on there when I got it. I suppose somebody added them later cause I see holes that do not match. And, I am wondering whether these rims are the correct ones?? They are real wide also to match the cleats...I don't know how to check this out. I am going to make some pictures of the rear rims and send them to you and see if the correct ones are on there??
