Trying to put pieces of a cast off H back together. It had several parts removed and I thought I had enough spare parts around the place to get it back running. Big obstacle now is it has 3 3/8" sleeves in it that look new. I have two sets of 3 7/16" pistons. Local machinist thinks boring it to accept my used pistons is excessive. Seems to me the sleeves should have plenty of material. Easy fix would be a set of 3 3/8 pistons but so far they are not easy to find. The machinist wants $100 to bore it-Any advice as to whether it can be bored out safely? Thanks-John
