I'm presuming you have cast front hubs with 3 bolt centerless rims... Anyway they can be a PITA to get off - sort of a Chinese puzzle kinda thing. But the wheels WILL come off over the hub. --- First jack the front end - jack under the belly pump - or run the good tire up on a block of wood. (For safety chock both in front and behind both rear wheels and set the brakes...) After removing all 3 wheel bolts, position the wheel so one of the lugs is in 3 o'clock position. Then lift the wheel, move it forward so the front lug clears the hub. Now wing the front side of the wheel toward you, then lift and move the wheel toward the rear of the tractor and off over the hub. Good luck - with patience it will come off!
