As tough as diagnosing over the phone is, trying to figure out some guy's problem when he is not around to expound on his first question get's tough too. Thinking through poorly described problems helps everyone with their trouble-shooting skills. There's an interesting feature of this forum. Whoever asks the question does not even need to have his question answered for there to be a good exchange that a lot of people can learn from. Some of the most interesting information comes from discussions generated in trying to figure out what the original question was really supposed to be. Whether the original questioner ever responds again, or even reads the responses is totally beside the point and unnecessary to the value of the forum. I'll bet there are a lot of people that read, laugh, get mad, etc. and never post a message.
