Well let hope that this is the problem as this is a real easy fix as i would rate this fix at a three wrench job . Remove the top link plate off the back , now loook in there with a trouble lite and on the right hand side next to the housing you will see and long arm comming up from the bottom and there will be a arm lever linkage how ever ya want to call it hanging down from the top if it is in front of the one comming up from the bottom then this is your problem , First pull the draft sencening handel all the way back and lock it in place with a tarp strap vice grips baler twine what ever next a rod with a hook on it is nice to use as it may save your fingers pull the top arm back and around the bottom one and and let it rest against the one from the bottom . Now at times i have found that some of them have somuch slop that it will slide of and they alway come off on the housing side i have taken and welded a flat washer to the arm comming up from the bottom on the right side of it this is a BARN YARD fix that works.
