At least on the early ones, any electrical equipment was probably an option. Although I have never seen one that came without the basic lights and starter. On tractors with lights, the combination rear light was an option to replace the white work light (identical to a headlight) that was part of the lighting package. I have seen Super A's with the white rear light. Combination lights were probably not available for the first couple years of production. The earliest combination lights had a separate small tail lamp bolted on top of the work light. Later ones had the red light set into the reflector of the work light. I have no information on how tractors sent to Australia may have been equipped.
