Hi Al, Unless you wanting to complete a collecting series of tractor numbers, I'd look for something other than a 340. Since I bought my IH-340 10yrs ago I've seen very few pass thru here and most were just like mine, needing a whole bunch of work and cost a pretty nickle. I was wanting the backhoe/loader that came with mine. The 340 just happen to be attached to them. And talk about a gas hog! But then again, last summer I drove accross 7 States to get my IH-706D.
