Be patient and keep looking. There are people who set a price based on little more than wishfull thinking. Those tractors aren't effectively in play. There is often an inflation dynamic that plays a part especially within a locality. I have been privy to sales where a tractor is bought for a reasonable price and then weeks later find that the seller has told folks it went for much higher than what it sold for. That can set the stage for unreasonable expectations for future sellers.
