The UB-220 would appear to be a version of the BD-220 truck engine, IIRC. What kind of carb do you have, updraft or downdraft? The downdraft truck motors used Carter [735S/735SA], Holley[1904], and Zenith [don't know Zenith model numbers] carbs at one time or another, so if it's a downdraft, first step is to determine which carb you have. Since you mention an accelerator pump, I'm assuming the carb is a downdraft. In the Metro vans, the trucks used an updraft carbs...but I'm not familiar with what make carb it was. But I'm pretty sure you'll have to determine the carb manufacturer in order to insure you get the right parts.
