Do you have a lot of experience using this tractor? If not, it may just be getting hot and the oil getting thin which will cause some loss of lifting power. You didn"t say whether it has live hydraulics. If it still has a belly pump you can put heavier oil in it and compensate some for pump wear/hot oil.
