27 Farmall Regular paint

It was good to post the pictures of my regular as I was progressing along...cause...there are some sharp eyed people out there who are ready to point out the errors...and dang it...I made one or two.

As it turned out, the Paint committee of IH decided on February 27, 1927 (Decision #39) to paint the wheels Harvester Red. So, as I have a 27 model, I am good on that...but, here is the kicker...On June 5, 1930, the Paint committee with its Decision 83, decided that "The drawbar only is to be painted red; the brackets and trunnion castings will be painted gray, as in the past." So, here I have a red draw bar, brackets and trunnion castings!!!!! Back to the drawing board.

I have never seen it mentioned on here before and it might be around somewhere, I was given this address where some very interesting stuff is stored.
