A 315 has a six cylinder engine. Just about all six cylinder IH engines share the same bolt pattern as the M. You just have to extend the frame rails to make it fit length wise. A naturally aspirated 414 does not have enough horsepower to tear up a rear end on a M. I have seen people fix up Ms with over 150 horse and it does not hurt the rear end.
