The 660 was never fitted from the factory with a three point hitch. You have either a 560 type fast hitch and 3pth adaptor or an aftermarket 3pth. I'll bet the tin floor boards and maybe the fenders are gone. On the fast hitch, I always thought the forged lift arms were welded to the torsion piece and not easily removeable. Same goes for the aftermarket hardware although I am sure there were many mfgs and designs back in the day. Yeah, photos would be helpful. Perhaps somebody has seen what you want in a salvage yard. Otherwise you are in for some machine work or a welded repair.
