I would use silver solder. You would need to remove the steel lines and clean the area where the leak is with a wire buffing wheel or 320 wet or dry. Be sure to use a flux that's for silver solder.
You can get it with the flux attached to the silver solder sticks. It isn't cheap, but you will like the results. You could also replace the lines using hydraulic brake lines and double flaring them with the correct length. I used hydraulic hose on a Super C since that's what was used. Blew one line when plowing when raising the plow. Hal
