F-20 too fast

I have a '39 F-20 that i restored a couple years ago. I use it in a plowing competition and also take it to some shows. I have heard of a slower first gear but cant find any. It goes a little too fast for plowing. any info would help. email me at sledn9@aol.com . thanks alot
