HyTran, not "hydrant." That may help you in finding the oil, but a quick look in your local yellow pages will turn up the nearest CaseIH or Cub Cadet dealer, who can sell you genuine HyTran. Worse comes to worst, the generic hydraulic fluid (NOT the "R&O" type!!!) meets the same specifications as HyTran, so it should be okay. They even sell it at my local WalMart. As far as using the hitch cylinder for the dump, there's no reason why you can't do that. That cylinder is plenty strong. The hitch cylinder doesn't have quite as much stroke as a typical dump bucket cylinder, so you may have trouble finding the geometry necesssary to get the bucket to dump completely.
