AND ranchers and farmers don't like it either. My older brother and I were assigned the job of making strays disappear. It is not a fun task and I wish more folks would get caught dumping pets and get punishment more than a slap on the wrist. I'll lump the !@#$%^& trash that dump garbage (refrigerators, mattresses, sofas and the like) on the side of the roads under the cover of darkness too!
