No, no rebuild necessary. Most likely replacement of oil seals at differental end of shafts and replacement of brakebands. About $100 to $150 depending on where you get the parts. Do one side at a time and support the tractor under the differental. Right side is the hardest as you need to disasemble the seat and floor pan to get that axle housing off. Ask as you go along if you need more help. This is a common problem so many of us know the ins and outs of it. Dave.
