As Dave says, likely the bearings and gears are fine. You will just need the seals and brake bands. Dave suggests replacing just the seals on the differential side. While you have it apart, might as well replace the seals on the final drive side too. Replacing the seals on the final drive side requires pulling the brake drums off the shaft. I've done this several times and have found it's usually not a problem to get the drums off the shaft. There is a set screw and a woodruff key and the fit is not real tight.
