Broken Lift-All Cylinder on a M

The cylinder on my lift-all has been screwed up for awhile, but I recently started using a bush-hog, and I’d like to get the cylinder working again. A picture is attached. I’m guessing that the current cylinder can’t be repaired. Anyone have a good source to go to for a new one? What should I be looking for when buying a cylinder? Many thanks
